Snehavani is a centre for inter-religious dialogue and fellowship, situated at Adichira junction, Thellakom between Kottayam and Ettumanoor in Old MC Road. It was started at the initiative and pioneering vision of Fr James Gurudas Naduvilekut as one of the frontier ministries of the Congregation. Foundation stone of the beautiful building was laid on December 8, 1995 and was blessed on May 10, 1998. Raza Art Space, a centre that promotes Oriental and Indian art forms, especially with an emphasis on iconography and mosaic arts and its integration with Indian art-forms, is another unique ministry that started at Snehavani in 2020. It offers short and long-term courses for those who are talented and interested in drawing, painting and other forms of Oriental and Christian Arts and takes up various art works in churches and institutions.
